To empower youth and members of disenfranchised communities with a skillset and knowledge base to enhance their quality of life through entrepreneurship and professional development.

To develop a holistic approach to community development that centers on entrepreneurship and provides varying opportunities for personal and professional growth.  The approach will foster greater access to resources and alleviate many of the systemic issues that continue to plague disenfranchised communities.
